This air fryer chicken breast comes out incredibly juicy thanks to a quick seasoning rub and the air fryer's fast, even heat. It's a high-protein, meal-prep-friendly dinner that's anything but dry or boring.

Pat the chicken dry and rub with olive oil.

Combine salt, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, oregano, and pepper, then rub all over the chicken.

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the breasts in a single layer, smooth side down.

Air fry for 7 minutes, flip, then cook 6–8 more minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before slicing so the juices redistribute.
Notes & Tips
For even cooking, pound thick breasts to an even thickness first. Resting before slicing is essential for juicy chicken. Great for meal prep, salads, and sandwiches.
