Air fryer corn on the cob is sweet, juicy, and kissed with just enough char to taste like summer — no big pot of boiling water, no firing up the grill. It's hands-off and fast, which makes it the perfect side for burgers, barbecue, or a weeknight dinner. Finish it however you like, from classic butter and salt to elote-style with parmesan and lime.

Instructions
- 1
Rub the husked corn all over with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- 2
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Place the corn in a single layer (snap ears in half if needed to fit).
- 3
Air fry for 10–14 minutes, turning halfway, until tender with golden charred spots.
- 4
Slather with butter and add your favorite toppings — parmesan, chili, and lime make a quick elote.
Notes & Tips
Smaller ears cook faster, so start checking at 10 minutes. For extra char, give them an extra 2 minutes at 400°F (204°C) at the end.
