Air fryer shrimp is almost too easy: a quick toss with garlic and spices, then a few minutes in the basket for tender, juicy shrimp with lightly charred edges. It's a fast protein for busy nights and works in tacos, pasta, rice bowls, or straight off the plate.

Notes & Tips
Don't overcook — shrimp are done the moment they curl into a 'C' and turn opaque. Frozen shrimp work too; just thaw and pat very dry first.
