This air fryer salmon is tender, flaky, and ready in 12 minutes flat. A simple honey-garlic glaze caramelizes beautifully in the air fryer for a restaurant-quality dinner with almost no cleanup.

Instructions

Pat the salmon fillets dry and brush with olive oil.

Mix honey, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika, then brush over the top of each fillet.

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C). Place salmon skin side down in the basket.

Air fry for 8–10 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Rest for 2 minutes, then serve with fresh lemon wedges.
Notes & Tips
Cook time varies with fillet thickness — start checking at 7 minutes for thin fillets. Salmon continues cooking slightly after removal, so don't overcook.
