Air frying transforms Brussels sprouts into crispy, caramelized, golden-edged bites that disappear fast. A simple toss of oil and seasoning is all it takes; finish with a drizzle of balsamic or a shower of parmesan for a side that steals the show.

Instructions
- 1
Trim the stems and halve the Brussels sprouts. Pat dry.
- 2
Toss with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and pepper until evenly coated.
- 3
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Add the sprouts cut-side down in a single layer.
- 4
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until deeply golden and crisp at the edges.
- 5
Drizzle with balsamic glaze or sprinkle with parmesan and serve right away.
Notes & Tips
Don't overcrowd the basket or they'll steam instead of crisp — cook in batches if needed. Smaller sprouts cook faster, so check early.
