Air fryer bacon is the easiest, least messy way to cook bacon. No grease splatter on your stovetop, no flipping — just evenly crispy strips every time. Great for breakfast, BLTs, or crumbling over salads.

Instructions
- 1
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (177°C).
- 2
Lay the bacon strips in a single layer in the basket. Cut strips in half if needed to fit without too much overlap.
- 3
Air fry for 7–9 minutes for regular bacon (10–12 for thick-cut), until it reaches your preferred crispiness.
- 4
Carefully remove the bacon and drain on paper towels. Empty the rendered fat between batches.
Notes & Tips
A little overlap is fine — the bacon shrinks as it cooks. For easy cleanup and less smoke, add a tablespoon of water to the drawer beneath the basket to catch the grease.
