Air fryer apple chips are crunchy, naturally sweet, and made with just two ingredients — no dehydrator and no added sugar. The air fryer slowly dries thin apple slices into crisp, cinnamon-dusted chips that beat anything from a bag. They're a wholesome snack for lunchboxes, road trips, or topping yogurt and oatmeal.

Instructions
- 1
Core the apples and slice them very thin (about 1/8 inch) — a mandoline gives the most even chips.
- 2
Toss the slices with cinnamon (and a pinch of sugar if you like).
- 3
Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Lay the slices in a single layer, slightly overlapping is okay.
- 4
Air fry for 15–20 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes, until dried and lightly golden.
- 5
Let the chips cool completely — they crisp up as they sit. Store in an airtight container.
Notes & Tips
Thin, even slices are the secret to crisp (not chewy) chips. They soften if left out, so cool fully and store sealed. Lower-moisture apples like Honeycrisp and Fuji crisp up best.
